Manifold Design Engineer – Lincolnshire, IL, US Our Design Engineering Department is looking for a Manifold Designer to design custom hydraulic manifold housings. Individuals with a BSME or equivalent technical degree and at least 3 years in manifold design experience preferred. Must have working knowledge of ProE and MS office suite. Good written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to work independently and be able to complete projects on a timely basis and investigate and resolve technical issues associated with design and manufacture of the manifold. Valve Design Engineer – Lincolnshire, IL, US We are looking for an experienced cartridge valve design engineer for our Lincolnshire, Illinois location. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of recent hydraulic valve design experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of recent experience in the design of hydraulic cartridge valves, proficiency in 3D CAD (ideally Pro E), good interpersonal skills, and a minimum of a four-year engineering degree are required. Manufacturing Engineer – Lincolnshire, IL, US Our Manufacturing Engineering Department is looking for individuals to assist in tooling design. Candidates should have at least one to three years experience, preferably in the design of assembly tooling used in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of machine shop practices as related to manufacturing and fabrication techniques desirable. Must be able to work with design and developmental teams. CNC Programmer / Operator – Lincolnshire, IL, US The ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years programming experience and knowledge for CNC horizontal machining centers using Fanuc controls for machining aluminum. Familiarity with Master Cam is a plus, as well as knowledge and experience with a variety of precision measuring instruments. Job activities will include: Designing and developing programs. Setting up and checking programs and operating CNC machining equipment to perform complex series' of progressive machining operations to meet precise tolerances / finish requirements. Understanding program format, working from operational data defining and coding tooling, fixturing, machine arrangements. Arranging, mounting and securing tooling. Mount / align / secure holding fixtures or locate/ support / secure work piece in absence of fixturing. Set stops, calibrate fixturing to appropriate reference points. Install programs. Manually cycle machining through operational sequence to check fixture / work positions, tooling clearances, speeds, feeds, etc. Adjust machine to correct deviations from program specs. Recognize / report / correct errors. Recommend tooling applications / operational sequence to assist in developing practical programming for new or unusual machining requirements. Lab Technician – Lincolnshire, IL, US We are looking for an experience lab technician to work in our Engineering Lab. A qualified candidate should have over 3 years working experience in a similar environment. The candidate must be familiar with basic hydraulics, hydraulic components and hydraulic circuits. Knowledge of electricity and/or electronics is a plus. The candidate must be familiar with, and able to use, all lab equipment for valve testing hydraulically and electrically. Must be able to independently set up hydraulic/electrical test systems for performance and cycle tests. Write test reports according to engineers' requests. Identify and solve problems during testing, and provide feedback to the design engineer. Able to do sensor calibrations, including but not limited to pressure transducers, flow meters, load cells and LVDTs. Experience in Lab View programming is a plus.
