New Proportional Fan Drive Valves for High-Efficiency
Torque and Speed Control
TS-27 proportional pressure control valves reduce horsepower required in hydraulic fan drive circuits by providing variable control of fan motor torque and/or speed. Industry-common 08, 10 and 12-size models are normally closed, ramping open to decrease pressure with increasing current. Control range is from 207 to 10.4 bar (3000 to 150 psi) with input current of 1.2 amps at 12 VDC. Input flows range from 19 lpm (5 gpm) for the 08-size to 189 lpm (50 gpm) for the 12-size.
