HydraForce Ltd shortlisted for Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards 2020

HydraForce Ltd, based in Birmingham UK, has been nominated for Ladder for Greater Birmingham’s Large Employer of the Year for apprenticeships, for a consecutive year.

This nomination follows the company’s success at last year’s ceremony where they won the same award of Large Employer of the Year for 2019, as well as achieving the Outstanding Apprentice Award for former apprentice, Ritik Sharma:

“We are delighted that the business has been nominated for this award for 2020, especially after our success last year” said Christine Tolley, Head of Human Resources at HydraForce, “We strongly believe in the value of apprenticeships to business and are continuing to build and develop our own scheme across other areas of the business”

HydraForce Ltd has recruited apprentices since 2004, and is up against two other employers from the Greater Birmingham region within its category. The Large Employer of the Year category is for those companies with over 250 employees.

The Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards, in partnership with Ladder for Greater Birmingham, is in its second year of existence and celebrates apprentices, employers and training and education providers. The Awards are part of the wider Ladder for Greater Birmingham campaign launched in 2018 to create 1,000 new apprenticeships across Birmingham and Solihull.

A virtual award ceremony will take place on Friday 27th November 2020.
