Technology for telehandlers and new space-saving control valves for steering and braking are among the products being highlighted by HydraForce at Bauma 2019.
For telehandlers, HydraForce is offering an expanding range of hydraulic valves and compact hydraulic manifolds engineered to address all telehandler systems and subsystems. The company offers optimized solutions for main directional control, priority circuits, two-wheel, four-wheel and crab steering, brake release, differential lock and floating axle lock, chassis and boom suspensions, outriggers, fan drives and transmission shift and clutch controls.
HydraForce is also showing its two new multi-function hydraulic cartridge valves designed to conserve space while ensuring priority flow for critical machine functions like braking and steering. Using the FR10-E40F pressure-compensated flow regulator and the UPCV10-40 pressure unloading valve in conjunction with a hydraulic accumulator, a machine’s priority flow can be controlled, ensuring adequate pressure for brakes or steering in all operating conditions.
Once the accumulator is charged, the UPCV valve, which is a piloted pressure-unloading valve with an integrated check valve, automatically unloads the hydraulic pressure to make it available for ancillary functions. The use of these two multi-function valves reduces the number of cavities needed in the manifold, reducing its size approximately 21%, HydraForce said.
