Directional control cartridge style valves can be used to start, stop, and to change the direction of flow in a hydraulic system. Directional control valves are classified according to certain factors like inlet control element structure, number of ports or ways, number of positions, method of actuation, and center position flow pattern.
HydraForce offers a full range of cartridge style directional control valves, including check valves, lock valves, pilot-operated valves, shuttle valves, logic elements, spool valves, manual spring-return and rotary valves, brake-release valves, and proportional valves. Hall-effect spool position sensors are available on selected valve models. Directional valves are available for flow rates ranging from 0 to 189 lpm (0 to 50 gpm) and for operating pressures from 207 to 350 bar (3000 to 5075 psi).
Bosch Rexroth offers both cartridge style and monoblock, stack or sectional style directional control valves. You’ll find the cartridge style offerings on this page, including 2-, 3- and 4-way, automatic shutoff, check valves, logic elements and shuttle valves for flow rates from 1 to 400 lpm (0.26 to 105 gpm) and operating pressures from 220 to 420 bar (3190 to 6091 psi).
If you are interested in the higher flow stack valves, you’ll find them on another product section on this website.
