Neither HydraForce nor the vendor working on its behalf utilizes this biometric data for any other purpose.
The storage, transmission, and protection of biometric data is performed in a manner that is the same as or more protective than the manner in which HydraForce stores, transmits and discloses other confidential and sensitive information.
HydraForce and its timeclock vendors only retain this biometric data until the (i) initial purpose for collecting or obtaining the biometric data has been satisfied, such as the termination of the employee’s employment with us, or (ii) within 3 years of the employee's last interaction with HydraForce, whichever occurs first. Upon this occurrence, the biometric data is securely and permanently deleted, and is not retained by either HydraForce or its vendor, unless it is required by law to be retained for longer.
