After completing the log-in process, Electronics Portal, i-Design Web, and Customer Center users have the option to change their password, e-mail address, and security question and response. If the website user forgets or misplaces their password, HydraForce will use the security question and response to identify the website user and grant access to the website. To change personally identifiable information collected through various web forms, a person must contact HFMarketing@hydraforce.com.

We recognize that when website users choose to provide personal information, they trust that we will protect their privacy and will provide them with choices about how that information is to be shared. HydraForce will not sell, trade, or rent the personal information that you provide unless you authorize us to do so.

HydraForce may utilize timeclocks that collect biometric data in the form of fingerprints from our employees. HydraForce and its vendor that provides the timeclocks collect, store, and use this biometric data solely for the purposes of employee identification, fraud prevention, and pre-employment hiring. Neither HydraForce nor the vendor working on its behalf utilizes this biometric data for any other purpose.

The storage, transmission, and protection of biometric data is performed in a manner that is the same as or more protective than the manner in which HydraForce stores, transmits and discloses other confidential and sensitive information.

HydraForce and its timeclock vendors only retain this biometric data until the (i) initial purpose for collecting or obtaining the biometric data has been satisfied, such as the termination of the employee’s employment with us, or (ii) within 3 years of the employee's last interaction with HydraForce, whichever occurs first. Upon this occurrence, the biometric data is securely and permanently deleted, and is not retained by either HydraForce or its vendor, unless it is required by law to be retained for longer.

If you send questions or comments to an e-mail address listed within this website or via a contact form located within this website, we will share your correspondence with an associate most capable of addressing your questions and concerns. We will retain your communications until we have done our very best to provide you with a complete and satisfactory response.
