In November, a group of 15 HydraForce employees involved in testing our products completed the Fundamentals of Pneumatic Testing course conducted by ATEQ, the manufacturer of the testing equipment used in our plants. The two-day training included troubleshooting equipment, development of pneumatic testing parameters, and important variables to control
“Our test and assembly teams are very familiar with hydraulic testing, but as we look to improve first pass yield on our test stands as well as throughput, we will continuously expand the use of pneumatic testing. Understanding the difference between the two processes is critical to ensure the quality of our product remains world class,” explained Alec Long, Manufacturing Engineering Manager. “We were pleased to learn that ATEQ, the company that makes our pneumatic testing equipment, offered this training and were even more pleased that so many of our team were willing to attend the training session.”
