HydraForce offers a number of mounting options for its drop-in style hydraulic cartridge valves.
- Standard Configuration - G3 valves that are used in G3 cavities with counterbore are considered the standard mounting configuration. G3 cavities include VC-G024, VC-G025, VC-G026, VC-G027 and VC-G028.
- Retrofit Configuration - G3 valves can be retrofitted for use in G1 or G2 cavities, including VC-T001, VC-T003, VC-T004, VC-T009 and VC-T011. There are two mounting plates - one for use with 90-size G3 valves and the other for use with 98-size G3 valves. 90-size valves use M5 x 12 mm mounting screws and 98-size valves use M4 x 12 mm mounting screws.
- 2-Valve Mounting Option - G3 valves can be mounted together in groups of two with the 2-valve mounting plate.
- 3-Valve Mounting Option - G3 valves can be mounted together in groups of three with the 3-valve mounting plate.
Each configuration has a unique mounting plate with screws.

RETROFIT CONFIGURATIONS
| G3 valves can be retrofitted to existing drop-in-valve configurations, making it possible to update your manifold to the latest generation valve product without having to redrill cavities or change line bodies. You will need a retrofit mounting plate and mounting screws. There are two sizes - one for 98-size valves and one for 90-size valves. The 98-size valves use M5 screws; 90-size use M4.
