PRESSURE RELIEVING PROPORTIONAL VALVE

Overview

Description

TS58-20X is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional, pressure relieving valve. The regulated pressure is proportional to the input electrical current. Port 1 may be protected by 150 mesh screen. Back pressure additive to pressure setting at 1:1 ratio

Operation

The TS58-20X blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure is present at port 1 to open the valve. With no current applied the valve will free flow from port 1 to port 2

Cartridge: Weight: 0.25 kg (0.55 lb); Steel with hardened work surfaces. Zinc-plated exposed surfaces; Buna N O-rings and polyester elastomer back-ups standard.

Standard Ported Body: Weight: 0.54 kg (1.2 lb); Ductile Iron standard, rated to 345 bar (5000 psi); Aluminum bodies available; dimensions may differ.

Standard D-Coil: Weight each: 0.32 kg (0.7 lb); Unitized thermoplastic encapsulated, Class H high temperature magnet wire.
