Overview

Description

This is a pilot operated spool type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is intended for use in mineral based or synthetic (with lubricating properties) hydraulic fluids

Operation

The regulated pressure is proportional to the input electrical current in the pressure ranges shown below. Maximum operating pressure port 1 and port 2: 4000 psi [275,8 bar] maximum tank pressure port 3: 1000 psi [68,9 bar] (tank pressure is additive to regulated pressure

Cartridge: Weight: 0.30 kg (0.66 lb); Steel with hardened work surfaces. Zinc-plated exposed surfaces; Buna N O-rings and polyester elastomer back-ups standard. Polyurethane seals with Fluorocarbon backup recommended for operating pressures over 240 bar (3500 psi).

Standard Ported Body: Weight: 0.23 kg (0.50 lb); Anodized high-strength 6061 T6 aluminum alloy, rated to 207 bar (3000 psi); Ductile iron bodies available; dimensions may differ.

Standard D-Coil: Weight each: 0.32 kg (0.7 lb); Unitized thermoplastic encapsulated, Class H high temperature magnet wire.

E-Coil: Weight: 0.41 kg (0.9 lb); Perfect wound, fully encapsulated with rugged external metal shell; Rated up to IP69K with integral connectors.
